Beginning Wednesday, September 3rd at 4 pm we will offer an additional fitness class with Ericka!

Thanks to your feedback we will try an afternoon class every Wednesday starting in September! Meet in the gym, dressed to workout and have fun! 💪🏋️‍♂️🎶😄

Personal Training sessions are now available LIVE and VIRTUALLY! If you haven’t worked with Ericka before, join her for LIFT45 on Thursdays to get a feel for her training style. (Hint: It’s motivating, encouraging, and empowering all at the same time!)
