In this lunch & learn, Personal Trainer and Functional Nutrition coach Ericka Holcomb will give you a step-by-step approach to making small changes to your health for big results.

We've entered the time of year where the holiday get togethers are frequent & "I'll start in January!" is a common phrase. Ericka will debunk common nutrition myths and help you figure out what to do about them NOW so you don't have to wait until the New Year to see results. We're talking holiday parties, alcohol, snacks in the office, traveling, and more. We hope to see you there!
