Whitney Tirrell

Whitney’s fitness journey began as a Sports Performance Coach and Personal Trainer at Landow Performance in 2014. She earned her B.S. degree at Metropolitan State University in Denver with a major in Adult Fitness & Exercise Science and a minor in Sport Psychology. After graduation, she obtained a Certified Personal Training Certificate from the National Strength & Conditioning Association.

Whitney works with a wide variety of athletes and adult clients. She’s genuinely eager to help employees develop and achieve their personal goals while also encouraging them to gain a better understanding of their body’s abilities, the benefits of movement + ways they can live an active lifestyle anywhere, anytime.

Ericka Holcomb

Ericka has been a personal trainer and nutrition coach since 2015. She previously owned a gym in Denver and has since started her own business, swEAT with E. She works with individuals to achieve their goals without sacrificing their lifestyles. This includes in-person and remote personal training and nutrition coaching.

Ericka is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. She holds additional certifications through Precision Nutrition: Level 1 Nutrition, Sleep, Recovery, Pregnancy, and Postpartum Athleticism. In class with Ericka, you can expect to feel empowered and accomplished. Her passion for total-body well-being is near palpable!

Dennis Mellon

Dennis is the Stages Studio Brand Manager and a Master Educator for Stages Indoor Cycling. He specializes in the use of power/wattage — harnessing the unique functions of the Stages bike and cycling method to optimize workout results. Dennis has been teaching cycling since 1997 and is also certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

If you want to take your cycling training to the next level or simply seek a great workout, you’ll love Dennis’s class! All levels are welcome in the inclusive weekly classes, and you’ll leave feeling like you’ve pushed yourself to the limit and tested your strength. Come get sweaty, listen to some good music, and leave feeling accomplished!

Bridget Lavin

Bridget is an experienced 500-hour yoga teacher and certified meditation instructor, passionate spiritual leader, and hosts retreats and trainings in Costa Rica yearly. As an eternal optimist, she is dedicated to spreading joy and love in all she does. With vulnerability and honesty, she facilitates and holds space for growth, learning and expansion. 

Her classes are insightful, informative, and relaxing. She weaves in the philosophical roots of the practice while offering clear anatomical cues to make sure people feel safe in their bodies. Expect a focus on breath and internal awareness, and droplets of wisdom from the practice. Prepare to leave class feeling present, whole, in tune with your body, and loved.
